Doug’s hand-builds its headers from CNC-mandrel bent tubing with thick 3/8-inch flanges that won’t warp like thinner-gauge flanges. Each header design is tuned with the proper tube size and length to efficiently remove exhaust gas from each cylinder. That reduces pumping losses for noticeable increases in horsepower and torque.
