What’s the big deal about Summit Racing’s Square Utility Jugs? Well, they’re square on the bottom, so they are more stable and less prone to tipping than round jugs. The slab-sided design means the jugs can sit closer together to maximize storage space. That’s a big deal for trailers filled to the gills with race cars, UTVs, or whatever motorized toys you have.
The jugs have a built-in handle (the five-gallon ones have two) and an angled lower front corner that make them more stable when pouring. A snap-on vent cap is included. Your choice of 2.7- or 5-gallon capacity jugs in a bunch of colors including white, black, blue, and yellow.

It would be pretty big challenge to build a 450 horsepower 5.3L LS long block for what we’re asking for this Summit Racing Remanufactured 5.3L LS Crate Engine. Even if you could, it won’t be backed by a two-year, unlimited mileage warranty like ours is.
The long block is machined and assembled for us by the crate engine experts at ATK, not some guy working in his basement. It’s based on the 5.3L LM7 found in 1999 to 2007 GM pickups and SUVs, but we warmed it up a bit with a Summit Racing Pro LS roller camshaft. It’s just the thing for an LS swap in street-driven muscle cars, hot rods, and light-duty trucks.
• 450 horsepower, 420 lbs.-ft. of torque, 10:1 compression
• Seasoned OE LM7/5.3L iron block
• Oil galley plugs and brass freeze plugs installed and sealed
• GM 3.622” stroke crankshaft with 24-tooth reluctor wheel, internally balanced
• GM 6.093” forged powder metal connecting rods
• New hypereutectic flat top pistons with moly rings
• Summit Racing Pro LS roller camshaft, .545” lift, 222°/231° duration@.050
• #799 or #243 GM aluminum cylinder heads, 64cc combustion chambers with 2.00”/1.55” valves
• GM powdered metal 1.7 ratio rocker arms
NOTES: ECU tuning is required. This engine has an LM7 oil pump tube, which must be replaced with the appropriate tube if using a different OEM or aftermarket oil pan.

A Summit Racing Shop Crane with Engine Stand makes installing or removing an engine a lot less stressful. It has an integrated engine stand positioned under the boom, forming a strong, sturdy base that is much easier and safer to use than manhandling a separate crane and stand.
The heavy-duty steel crane is rated to handle up to two tons, and features a strong hydraulic cylinder, a four-position boom, and 3.5 inch casters for easy movement around the shop. The engine stand has a 1,000 pound capacity, plus an adjustable 360-degree swivel head to make engine positioning easier. And when you want to work on the engine or use the crane for another task, the engine stand can be detached by removing two pins.
The Summit Racing Shop Crane with Engine Stand folds up for storage when not in use. Use it once and you’ll wonder how you ever did engine work without it.

Those GM guys with their LS engines are no longer the only ones that can enjoy the benefits of the Holley Terminator X Engine Management System—Summit Racing now has systems for late model Ford and Chrysler V8s. Let the engine swaps begin.
The Terminator X combines tunability with easy installation and proven components at a very affordable price. It comes loaded with base maps for common engine combinations to get you up and running quickly. The system self-learns as you drive, and features real-time fuel map learning that takes the guesswork out of tuning your base fuel table. And when you’re ready to get serious about tuning, the Terminator X system’s free, easy-to-use software suite allows full laptop access.
These little slices of stainless steel will make building stuff like exhaust systems, turbo plumbing, and air intakes a little easier. Vibrant’s Pie Cut Sets come with six 304 stainless steel pieces cut at a 15 degree increment, allowing you to make tight-radius bends that are impossible to do with conventional tubing bends. That 15 degree increment also makes your math simple—use three pie cuts to make a 45° bend, six for a 90° bend, and so forth.
The Vibrant pie cuts are precision-cut and deburred, and will not deform even if you cut them. They are available in 2, 2.5, and 3 inch O.D. tubing sizes. We also have a 3 inch set in titanium if that’s your metal of choice.

Something as simple as a bad motor mount, transmission mount, or engine torque strut mount can ruin your ride—and your whole day along with it. Fortunately, Summit Racing carries a big selection of these mounts from DEA Products. Its team of 14 U.S.-based engineers do nothing but look for ways to make better mounts and correct any failings in the OEM designs.
DEA mounts are direct replacements for OEM, and are also an affordable alternative to poly mounts for engine and drivetrain swaps in hot rods, muscle cars, and other custom projects. The mounts are backed by a one-year limited warranty.

Feed your late model GM or Dodge muscle car the power-building air it craves with a Granatelli Motor Sports Drive-By-Wire Throttle Body. The aluminum throttle bodies are larger than stock to increase airflow across the engine’s RPM range. That improves horsepower and acceleration.
The throttle bodies have a special throttle blade design and powerful electric motors to prevent the throttle blade from slamming shut under high boost. In fact, Granatelli Motor Sports says the motors can handle up to 25 pounds of boost without failing.
Granatelli Motor Sports Drive-By-Wire Throttle Bodies fit OEM and aftermarket intake manifolds. You don’t need to transfer anything over from your factory throttle body, but the LS and LSX applications will need to use a late model GM six-pin connector. Tuning is strongly recommended for optimum performance and driveability.
