These Dorman alternator combination mounting brackets are designed to mount to the front of GM 4-cylinder engines and hold the alternator, power steering pump, air conditioning compressor, and serpentine belt idler pulley. Many times, when the above accessories are removed for replacement, the mounting bolts, after years of exposure to the elements, will corrode and rust.
