Dorman Alternator Combination Mounting Brackets
These Dorman alternator combination mounting brackets are designed to mount to the front of GM 4-cylinder engines and hold the alternator, power steering pump, air conditioning compressor, and serpentine belt idler pulley. Many times, when the above accessories are removed for replacement, the mounting bolts, after years of exposure to the elements, will corrode and rust. This rusting reaction causes the bolts to become seized and they will usually break off when you are trying to remove them, making the entire bracket useless. So, pick up one of these Dorman alternator combination mounting brackets and get your vehicle running again.
