Proprietary molybdenum and chromium alloys resist rotor cracking during high performance use or repeated stop situations and increase friction--improving brake performance and stopping power. E-coat, Centric's advanced, electro-static, black finish, is applied to all non-friction surfaces of these high-carbon alloy rotors to protect the cooling vanes and mounting surfaces from rust.
