They connect and support the end of the transmission input gear to the crankshaft when the clutch disc is released. Failure to use the proper pilot bushing can severely damage your transmission. Quarter Master Pro-Series Clutch and Bellhousing Kits
The staple of the Quarter Master clutch lineup, the Quarter Master Pro-Series clutch and bellhousing kits, are proven to offer unsurpassed performance and durability for racing and endurance applications. Their design provides a greatly reduced moment of inertia, making them the perfect option for road, speedway, and short track racing. The kits feature a CAD-designed bellhousing that is precision CNC-machined to ultra-tight tolerances for long-lasting durability. The included Pro-Series clutch is available in different sizes and offers either steel or aluminum covers, as well as different friction disc options. All Quarter Master Pro-Series clutch and bellhousing kits include a bellhousing, a Pro-Series clutch with a button and steel ring gear assembly, a flywheel bolt kit, and a fixed hydraulic throwout bearing with a clutch inlet and bleed line kit.

Quarter Master Optimum-RR Series clutch kits offer the latest in purebred race-clutch technology designed to fulfill the wishes of every modern Camaro, Corvette, or Mustang road racer. They feature either a NASCAR-derived 7.25 in. 2- or 3-disc clutch that is rebuildable and optimized for strength without compromising weight or moment-of-inertia. Each clutch also utilizes the latest in gear-drive technology, with .104 in. race or .250 in.
