Adding a blow-off valve to your Can-Am Maverick or Polaris RZR turbo system is a great way to improve throttle response and hear that awesome blow-off valve turbo sound. The purpose of a BOV is not just to sound cool, but it is designed to release the pressure that is built up in the charge side of the system. With nowhere to go, the pressure can cause turbulence to the impeller slowing the spool of the turbo down and causing premature wear. By installing a blow-off valve, you can improve boost response, prolong the life of the turbo, and of course, get that cool swoosh sound! The blow-off valves can be used in conjunction with the stock turbo inlet pipe or any aftermarket turbo hose pipe that has a 1 in. BOV flange. Since the factory valve is a diverter valve and this new valve is designed to be 100 percent vent to atmosphere, a high-temp push-on plug cover is included for the eliminated return hose. The valves are machined from 6061 billet aluminum then anodized in a stealth black finish, and the top is laser engraved with the Agency Power cursive logo and directions for adjusting. When the top of the valve rotates, this allows you to adjust the spring tension for your application. You can set the valve to easily vent off pressure or be stiffer to only vent at maximum psi. Agency Power's quick-release clutch cover hardware kits are designed for the Can-Am Maverick X3 Turbo RS/DS/RR models. These hardware kits work by replacing the fixed bolts around the clutch cover with studs and secure clips. When a belt breaks, taking the clutch cover off your UTV can be cumbersome. Some of the bolts are in areas that are hard to fit tools in. With Agency Power's quick-release clutch cover hardware kit, removing the clutch cover now just takes pulling each pin and sliding it off. These kits use 10 clips with 10 pins to keep the clutch cover securely fitted without allowing water or potential harmful dirt into the clutch area. Agency Power has been manufacturing Valvetronic exhausts for vehicles since 2008. A Valvetronic exhaust features a remote operated valve that can be opened and closed at the push of a button. This allows you to redirect the exhaust flow which changes the exhaust sound. On most vehicles, when the valve is closed, the exhaust gases are routed through a muffler to give you a more subtle tone. When the valve is open, the exhaust gases typically bypass the muffler system for a straight restriction-free path. The Agency Power interior upgrade kits for the Can-Am Maverick X3 models was designed with functionality and style in mind. The Maverick X3 has shown extreme versatility with vehicles being used to race, jump through the dunes, or even cruise the trails. While designing the shift knob and grab handle, AP added finger grips to establish a more secure feel, whether you're riding with or without gloves. Each piece is precision CNC-machined from a solid block of billet 6061-T6 aluminum to ensure strength without compromise. During the design phase of the gear shift gate, AP ensured a precise fit to the factory center console using 3D scanning of the factory console and shift plate. Each gate is laser cut and then precision bent from 6061-T6 aluminum to ensure strength without compromise.
