Agency Power has created the best exhaust system, that is a simple plug-and-play for the RZR XP Turbo platform. The twin tip, side exit exhaust was designed to balance exhaust flow without causing obnoxious noise over the factory unit. The system is built from T304 stainless steel and features precision TIG-welds. The dual high-flow resonators are secured in place with a laser-cut cradle that features the AP logo. The type of resonators used can be seen in many of the Agency Power high-performance vehicle exhausts, which on turbo cars, produce a beautiful sound. Designed as a direct replacement, the Agency Power exhaust uses the factory hanger locations and bolts up to the stock turbo pipe without modifications. The exhaust features a thick flange and includes a new gasket with hardware. Each tip outlet has been designed to work with spark arrestors that can be optionally purchased. The final product is completely polished for a show finish giving the rear end of the RZR Turbo a sleek look with a satisfying sound. As tested on AP's Mustang Dyno, the exhaust gained about 5-6 peak horsepower over stock. Even more important testing was proven when XTC Power Sports ran this exhaust system on their 2017 competition vehicle during the grueling 500+ mile Vegas to Reno race. Agency Power has been manufacturing Valvetronic exhausts for vehicles since 2008. A Valvetronic exhaust features a remote operated valve that can be opened and closed at the push of a button. This allows you to redirect the exhaust flow which changes the exhaust sound. On most vehicles, when the valve is closed, the exhaust gases are routed through a muffler to give you a more subtle tone. When the valve is open, the exhaust gases typically bypass the muffler system for a straight restriction-free path. The end goal is to give your machine all the power and performance you've been cravin'! Getting the suspension on your Can-Am Maverick X3 or Polaris RZR dialed-in to handle the track, the dunes, or the bumps is a unique art that requires the right kind of products. Agency Power's adjustable rear sway bar links are a perfect addition to your ride to improve your vehicle's handling. Manufactured from 6061 aluminum, each piece is CNC-machined to feature an adjustable flat for on-the-fly changes. They are powdercoated in a variety of colors and finished off with a laser-etched AP logo. The end links feature super durable QA1 spherical rod ends, which are a 3-piece design with PTFE lining to take the abuse that comes with off-road driving. Each spherical rod end includes CNC-machined steel spacers to allow for a secure and precision fit to the factory sway bar and trailing arm. Agency Power's quick-release clutch cover hardware kits are designed for the Can-Am Maverick X3 Turbo RS/DS/RR models. These hardware kits work by replacing the fixed bolts around the clutch cover with studs and secure clips. When a belt breaks, taking the clutch cover off your UTV can be cumbersome. Some of the bolts are in areas that are hard to fit tools in. With Agency Power's quick-release clutch cover hardware kit, removing the clutch cover now just takes pulling each pin and sliding it off. These kits use 10 clips with 10 pins to keep the clutch cover securely fitted without allowing water or potential harmful dirt into the clutch area. By installing a blow-off valve, you can improve boost response, prolong the life of the turbo, and of course, get that cool swoosh sound! If you want to install a blow-off valve on the Can-Am X3, there is one problem … no place for it! However, this is now possible with the Agency Power blow-off valve hose kit and adjustable blow-off valve that is designed to connect to the compressor side of your turbo and the plastic charge tube. The 3-ply silicone tube allows you to install our adjustable blow off valve with a 1 in. flange. The smooth inside of the silicone tube helps eliminate any turbulence caused by OEM corrugated designs. To run a blow-off valve on the X3, you need to pull vacuum which keeps the valve shut under boost. Because there is no pressure source to tap into, a special machined fitting is included which fits on to the intake manifold. The blow-off valve is what separates this Agency Power kit from others. The CNC-machined aluminum valve features a piston and spring design to provide sharp boost response when needed. The spring has been spec'd to accommodate the needs of the Can-Am X3 turbo system. Designed as a vent to atmosphere valve, it releases the built-up charge pressure giving you a loud whoosh sound when you let off the throttle. The top portion of the valve can be turned 360 degrees allowing you to adjust the stiffness of the spring. This gives you the control of when you want the blow-off valve to release pressure. Each valve is anodized black and features the Agency Power cursive logo laser engraved on it. The Agency Power door spring kits combat this issue by simply installing brackets and a small strut to smoothly open the door. By installing the Agency Power door spring kit, owners can easily exit the machine without the door swinging back with force. The .130 in. thick steel brackets provide sturdy mounting for the door spring and allow for longevity after countless times opening and closing the doors. Featuring a durable black powdercoat finish, each bracket is corrosion-resistant against harsh elements. Installation is simple being that only two bolts need to be removed and one door hinge bolt loosened. After the brackets are in place, the door spring simply pushes onto the spring mounting knobs. Each door spring is rated 22.5-lbs. to ensure the door will swing open with additional weight on the doors. The Maverick X3 has shown extreme versatility with vehicles being used to race, jump through the dunes, or even cruise the trails. While designing the shift knob and grab handle, AP added finger grips to establish a more secure feel, whether you're riding with or without gloves. Each piece is precision CNC-machined from a solid block of billet 6061-T6 aluminum to ensure strength without compromise. During the design phase of the gear shift gate, AP ensured a precise fit to the factory center console using 3D scanning of the factory console and shift plate. Each gate is laser cut and then precision bent from 6061-T6 aluminum to ensure strength without compromise. The interior pieces are each finished with a durable anodized finish and laser engraved with the Agency Power logo. The kits include the shift knob, shift gate, and passenger grab handle.
