Agency Power has created the best exhaust system, that is a simple plug-and-play for the RZR XP Turbo platform. The twin tip, side exit exhaust was designed to balance exhaust flow without causing obnoxious noise over the factory unit. The system is built from T304 stainless steel and features precision TIG-welds. The dual high-flow resonators are secured in place with a laser-cut cradle that features the AP logo. The type of resonators used can be seen in many of the Agency Power high-performance vehicle exhausts, which on turbo cars, produce a beautiful sound. Designed as a direct replacement, the Agency Power exhaust uses the factory hanger locations and bolts up to the stock turbo pipe without modifications. The exhaust features a thick flange and includes a new gasket with hardware. Each tip outlet has been designed to work with spark arrestors that can be optionally purchased. The final product is completely polished for a show finish giving the rear end of the RZR Turbo a sleek look with a satisfying sound. As tested on AP's Mustang Dyno, the exhaust gained about 5-6 peak horsepower over stock. Even more important testing was proven when XTC Power Sports ran this exhaust system on their 2017 competition vehicle during the grueling 500+ mile Vegas to Reno race. Agency Power rear radius arms are a fully adjustable solution designed to handle the abuse your side-by-side takes when flying through sand whoops or climbing on the trails. Machined from solid 6061 aluminum, the rods are different for the upper, middle, and lower to be an exact replacement for the stock components. The ends of the control arms are tapped to accommodate the 3-piece PTFE lined spherical rods ends. The 3/4 in. spherical rod ends have opposing threads and are locked in place with a stainless steel jam nut. The rod ends' through hole is 5/8 in. diameter with steel spacers machined to spec for a secure fit to the rear frame brace or wheel carrier. Each upper and lower radius rod is a hexagonal shape so you can easily adjust on-the-fly using proper tools. The radius rod kits are powdercoated in popular colors and feature a unique laser engraved pattern to go with your side-by-side theme. Adding a blow-off valve to your Can-Am Maverick or Polaris RZR turbo system is a great way to improve throttle response and hear that awesome blow-off valve turbo sound. The purpose of a BOV is not just to sound cool, but it is designed to release the pressure that is built up in the charge side of the system. With nowhere to go, the pressure can cause turbulence to the impeller slowing the spool of the turbo down and causing premature wear. By installing a blow-off valve, you can improve boost response, prolong the life of the turbo, and of course, get that cool swoosh sound! The blow-off valves can be used in conjunction with the stock turbo inlet pipe or any aftermarket turbo hose pipe that has a 1 in. BOV flange. Since the factory valve is a diverter valve and this new valve is designed to be 100 percent vent to atmosphere, a high-temp push-on plug cover is included for the eliminated return hose. The valves are machined from 6061 billet aluminum then anodized in a stealth black finish, and the top is laser engraved with the Agency Power cursive logo and directions for adjusting. When the top of the valve rotates, this allows you to adjust the spring tension for your application. You can set the valve to easily vent off pressure or be stiffer to only vent at maximum psi. Agency Power has been manufacturing Valvetronic exhausts for vehicles since 2008. A Valvetronic exhaust features a remote operated valve that can be opened and closed at the push of a button. This allows you to redirect the exhaust flow which changes the exhaust sound. On most vehicles, when the valve is closed, the exhaust gases are routed through a muffler to give you a more subtle tone. When the valve is open, the exhaust gases typically bypass the muffler system for a straight restriction-free path. The end goal is to give your machine all the power and performance you've been cravin'! Agency Power's intercooler race duct covers for the Can-Am Maverick X3 is a product that all X3 owners will want to be equipped with! The Agency Power upgraded intercooler duct cover increases the center scoop from 1.5 in. to 4 in. tall and each side scoop from 1.5 in. to 2 in. with all keeping a 4 inch width. The intercooler duct cover increases the inlet air flow by over 40 percent from 32 cu. in. to 46 cu. in. Made from a durable ABS plastic similar to the stock unit, the duct covers have a smooth black finish and feature the AP logo. The duct covers are designed to fit over the stock intercooler or the Agency Power intercooler. By installing a blow-off valve, you can improve boost response, prolong the life of the turbo, and of course, get that cool swoosh sound! If you want to install a blow-off valve on the Can-Am X3, there is one problem … no place for it! However, this is now possible with the Agency Power blow-off valve hose kit and adjustable blow-off valve that is designed to connect to the compressor side of your turbo and the plastic charge tube. The 3-ply silicone tube allows you to install our adjustable blow off valve with a 1 in. flange. The smooth inside of the silicone tube helps eliminate any turbulence caused by OEM corrugated designs. To run a blow-off valve on the X3, you need to pull vacuum which keeps the valve shut under boost. Because there is no pressure source to tap into, a special machined fitting is included which fits on to the intake manifold. The blow-off valve is what separates this Agency Power kit from others. The CNC-machined aluminum valve features a piston and spring design to provide sharp boost response when needed. The spring has been spec'd to accommodate the needs of the Can-Am X3 turbo system. Designed as a vent to atmosphere valve, it releases the built-up charge pressure giving you a loud whoosh sound when you let off the throttle. The top portion of the valve can be turned 360 degrees allowing you to adjust the stiffness of the spring. This gives you the control of when you want the blow-off valve to release pressure. The .130 in. thick steel brackets provide sturdy mounting for the door spring and allow for longevity after countless times opening and closing the doors. Agency Power's quick-release clutch cover hardware kits are designed for the Can-Am Maverick X3 Turbo RS/DS/RR models. These hardware kits work by replacing the fixed bolts around the clutch cover with studs and secure clips. When a belt breaks, taking the clutch cover off your UTV can be cumbersome. Some of the bolts are in areas that are hard to fit tools in. With Agency Power's quick-release clutch cover hardware kit, removing the clutch cover now just takes pulling each pin and sliding it off. These kits use 10 clips with 10 pins to keep the clutch cover securely fitted without allowing water or potential harmful dirt into the clutch area.
