Summit Racing™ offers high-quality, direct-fit replacements for worn or malfunctioning MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensors. These sensors accurately produce voltage or frequency as intake manifold pressure changes—and the computer uses this information to measure engine load so that the ignition timing can be advanced or slowed as needed. The World's Speed Shop® designed these devices to fit most GM engines, including the LS Series. Summit Racing Equipment® MAP Sensors feature factory-style materials and easily install in the stock location, so no modifications are necessary.
