Among their many benefits, Stromberg carburetor spacers reduce "percolating gas" spillage after you turn off the engine, thereby protecting the powdercoat finish on your manifold. Insulating the carburetor from the heat of the intake manifold can create a cooler, denser fuel mixture to increase horsepower. These 1/4 in. spacers are cut from natural canvas Grade C phenolic sheets in the classic brown color. The full kit includes two gaskets—used above and below the spacer. You can protect your carb and decrease fuel evaporation, vapor lock, and hard starting with Stromberg carburetor spacers. .
