Steck Panel Shaper Kits

Steck panel shaper kits are air hammer driven sets of three self-lubricating, nylon-reinforced heads. They allow you the technician to easily access deep-reaching areas and badly deformed sheet metal surfaces to form them back to original shape. Each of these panel shaper kits contains three unique nylon head shapes with arbors that allow them to be attached to your air hammer to fix body lines, concaved areas, and flat surfaces. Using the panel shapers with your air hammer gives you the needed vibration along the damaged frame area and provides stress relief and molecular realignment in the frame structure. Steck panel shaper kits also allow you to form custom-shaped patch panels and fabricated panels. Steck shaper heads can also be customized by grinding them to any specific angle and shape required to perform the repair. In a typical repair process, each head should last approximately 10 work hours. Show Less
