When using high lift camshafts, factory LMAs may bind and wear down the cam lobe. Skunk2 Racing Lost Motion Assembly (LMA) spring kits are direct replacements for factory piston-style assemblies, offering an improved design with extended travel to accommodate high-lift camshafts.

Each Skunk2 Lost Motion Assembly is manufactured exclusively from chrome silicone steel using the latest 3D CAD modeling and FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to ensure maximum optimization. Each spring features a hardened tip for added durability, and is tested and proven on the engine dyno as well as the racetrack.
