Factor 55 Splicer shackle mounts differ from their standard shackle mounts because the rope runs through the shackle mount itself; they're spliced onto the winch's rope. These synthetic rope shackle mounts protect rope from UV damage, don't require a sheer pin, and are available in several colors.

The Factor 55 XTV Splicer winch shackles are thimble-style mounts with rope protection and integrated rubber pad specifically designed for use on ATVs and UTVs. They feature a unique machined rope passage that provides a tough outer barrier to protect against rope impact and abrasion, as well as UV exposure protection. Select the color you like best.

* For synthetic winch rope only
* Integrated EPDM rubber pad for fairlead protection
* Connects to both the pin and bow end of common 1/2 in. and 5/8 in. screw pin shackles

Note:

* A knowledge of synthetic rope splicing is required for them to be used properly. Factor 55 recommends either the locking Brummel Splice or Long Bury Splice
* Due to the splice-on design, the Working Load Limit (WLL) is based on the rope diameter used. Each splice-on shackle mount exceeds minimum bend radius requirements to provide full breaking strengths of synthetic winch lines used.
