CIPA Comp Boat Mirrors

CIPA's Comp boat mirrors offer approximately 98 square inches of rear view vision for the ultimate in boating safety. This exceeds Alabama's 78 square inch law by 20 square inches offering a wide angle view. The Comp marine mirrors are perfect for competitive water sports and are considered a tournament standard in safety. The mirror head features OE grade shatterproof convex safety glass and meets QS9000 and ISO 9002 standards. In order for glass to be considered OE grade it must utilize a technique called first surface coating. First surface coating provides a high-quality image that eliminates symptoms, such as ghosting and multiple reflections. The result is a crisp clear view. The Comp marine mirrors can be mounted to square windshield frames from 0.375 to 1 in. thick. Once mounted, the mirror will sit approximately 3 in. above the windshield. The attached aluminum mounting bracket has a black textured finish and easily attaches to the windshield using a quick and easy clamp-on design.
