AEV Conversions 2.0 in. spacer suspension kits enables larger tires and added ground clearance without replacing factory coil springs and shocks or sacrificing the comfortable factory ride quality you appreciate in your modern Jeep. American Expedition Vehicles' 2.0 in. spacer suspensions and lift kits deliver the quality associated with AEV's suspensions, plus a more aggressive stance for your Jeep at an economical price. Each kit may be a little different with contents for your specific Jeep model, but most will include durable front and rear polyurethane coil spacers, front and rear bump-stops (or extensions), extended sway bar end links (JK RHD models only), front and rear shock extension brackets, and spacers. And, of course, these AEV kits are engineered to integrate seamlessly with the Jeep's suspension system, without limiting wheel travel and ensuring bind-free functionality.

AEV Conversions Skid Plates
What do you want to protect? The underside of your truck or Jeep can take a beating, especially off-road. Vital components like, engine, fuel tank, transfer case, rear differential, and intercooler could get damaged. AEV Conversions skid plates have your vehicle covered underneath with their variety of heavy-duty plates. They feature HSBS—Hot Stamped Boron Steel—construction, an ultra-high strength, press-hardened steel used in automotive applications for passenger impact protection because it is lightweight with an extremely high-yield strength (approximately 200,000 ksi vs. mild steel at 25,000 ksi). Depending on the vehicle application, some AEV skid plates will be made of steel tubing or 1 in. DOM tubular steel construction and finished with an OEM 2-stage, corrosion-resistant coating.

Thanks to the snorkel's OE quality, cross-linked polyethylene construction, the intake body is both lightweight and extremely durable, and are also UV-stable, so you won't need to worry about it fading or warping, even in extremely sunny climates. The raised air intake systems include a traditional Air Ram with a massive 5 in. inlet for maximum airflow.
