Eddie Marine billet aluminum K-plane trim tabs offer heavy-duty design and function, with extruded pivot hinge assemblies with Delrin bushings for smooth operation and extreme durability. These K-plane-style tabs also feature their own hardcoat anodized hydraulic cylinders. The trim tabs are manufactured from solid 6061 T-6 aluminum and undergo a 3-step coating process for extra-corrosion resistance; it starts with an initial military spec hardcoat anodize treatment, followed by two coats of Eddie Marine's high-strength, long-lasting Fusioncoat colors. Featuring stainless steel high-flow risers, these EMI systems enable the exhaust to exit underwater at idle keeping them quiet when you want it most. Adjust the outlet position by changing the size of the exhaust hose connecting the riser with the exhaust bend.
