Loctite Extend Rust Neutralizer

Loctite Extend Rust Neutralizer destroys rust and leaves a tough coating that can be painted without another primer. It also seals and protects metal. This product is easy to use; simply remove loose rust with coarse sandpaper or a wire brush. Your surface must be clean, dry and free of grease, dirt, and oil before application.
