Loctite Extend Rust Neutralizer

Loctite Extend Rust Neutralizer destroys rust and leaves a tough coating that can be painted without another primer. It also seals and protects metal. This product is easy to use; simply remove loose rust with coarse sandpaper or a wire brush. Your surface must be clean, dry and free of grease, dirt, and oil before application. After you apply the neutralizer, allow it to dry overnight before top coating and/or proceeding with painting. Order the size container needed for your projects.
