RevMax Billet High Performance Towing/HD Valve Bodies

RevMax billet high performance towing/HD valve bodies for a variety of applications, including many Dodge and Ram trucks from the early 2000s and up. The V2.0 is 1 in. thick, but this new version has precision cutouts that allow the use of a stock filter and pan. Unlike other designs, full depth worm tracks in crucial circuits are included. Other competing designs have only a .190 in. deep worm track in several critical circuits. One restricted circuit is the combined vent track, responsible for all venting operations and in particular the problematic SSV valve. The next restricted circuit is the torque converter clutch signal circuit. Restrictions in this circuit create all kinds of torque converter related concerns, including dragging when coming to a stop, overheating, soft or harsh TCC apply or release, and back feed issues resulting in P1776 and P0871 trouble codes. Both the original and V2.0 have nearly full depth worm tracks in these areas which eliminate problem issues! The V2.0 plate will work with ANY aftermarket transmission pan, as well as with stock transmission pans. There is no need to alter any part of the pan or use special filters. Just install it like you would a stock channel plate and go. Order the model recommended for your year/make and transmission application. They are steel screws reusable during each filter change and replace the stock plastic screw, which can loosen over time and if overtightened breaks. RevMax Billet Flexplates

RevMax offers billet steel flexplates for a variety of applications, including many Dodge, RAM, Chevrolet, and GMC trucks from the 1990s and up. These replacements are a "must" upgrade for any truck with the power turned up or for any stock truck pulling heavy loads. The factory plates often crack and eventually shear off, causing complete loss of power to the transmission. (Note: When installing the new flexplate, the factory shim plate MUST BE REMOVED. Failure to do so will cause pump damage and subsequent transmission failure.)

RevMax Custom Coated Transmission Pump Plates

The RevMax custom coated transmission pump plates are a must-have part on any 68RFE rebuild. The factory plate is typically found to have excessive grooving in it and should always be replaced during an overhaul. These custom laser-cut steel alloy plates are heat-treated to insure flatness and hardness and are then finished with RevMax's proprietary friction reducing and self-lubricating electrostatically applied coating. This special coating reduces pump wear from the pump gears by decreasing surface friction and increasing lubrication during dry startups. These plates will work with all factory pumps regardless of manufacture date and with aftermarket pumps.

RevMax ZeroFlex Billet Transmission Oil Pump Bodies

Competitive and affordable products, RevMax ZeroFlex billet transmission oil pump bodies are essential parts on a stock 68RFE rebuild. New pump surfaces seal well, but after hundreds or thousands of heat cycles warpage becomes a huge issue. A ZeroFlex oil pump body is a billet 6061 construction, has a CNC-milled gear and face profile, revised worm tracks to efficiently move oil, and is thicker than an OEM pump. They work with any new, used, or rebuilt pump stator assembly, and work on stock or any brand aftermarket 68RFE transmission.
