RevMax billet high performance towing/HD valve bodies for a variety of applications, including many Dodge and Ram trucks from the early 2000s and up. The V2.0 is 1 in. thick, but this new version has precision cutouts that allow the use of a stock filter and pan. Unlike other designs, full depth worm tracks in crucial circuits are included. Other competing designs have only a .190 in. deep worm track in several critical circuits. One restricted circuit is the combined vent track, responsible for all venting operations and in particular the problematic SSV valve. The next restricted circuit is the torque converter clutch signal circuit. Restrictions in this circuit create all kinds of torque converter related concerns, including dragging when coming to a stop, overheating, soft or harsh TCC apply or release, and back feed issues resulting in P1776 and P0871 trouble codes. Both the original and V2.0 have nearly full depth worm tracks in these areas which eliminate problem issues! The V2.0 plate will work with ANY aftermarket transmission pan, as well as with stock transmission pans. There is no need to alter any part of the pan or use special filters. RevMax offers billet steel flexplates for a variety of applications, including many Dodge, RAM, Chevrolet, and GMC trucks from the 1990s and up. These replacements are a "must" upgrade for any truck with the power turned up or for any stock truck pulling heavy loads. The factory plates often crack and eventually shear off, causing complete loss of power to the transmission. (Note: When installing the new flexplate, the factory shim plate MUST BE REMOVED. Failure to do so will cause pump damage and subsequent transmission failure.)

The RevMax Pro 700 Series input drums have a billet 1045 steel construction, eliminating any chance of the frictions digging into the drum, regardless of line pressure of OD piston diameter changes. The 700 Pro Series input drums are a drop-in design, no machining needed. Extensive testing was done to ensure that the additional rotating mass would not cause bushing issues. The RevMax custom coated transmission pump plates are a must-have part on any 68RFE rebuild. The factory plate is typically found to have excessive grooving in it and should always be replaced during an overhaul. These custom laser-cut steel alloy plates are heat-treated to insure flatness and hardness and are then finished with RevMax's proprietary friction reducing and self-lubricating electrostatically applied coating. This special coating reduces pump wear from the pump gears by decreasing surface friction and increasing lubrication during dry startups. These plates will work with all factory pumps regardless of manufacture date and with aftermarket pumps.

Upgrade your transmission with RevMax billet steel center support and 4th clutch housings. Due to their medium hardness steel construction, these components will not allow the steel plates to groove into them. They feature thicker 4C snap ring groove that due to solid billet construction will not blow out under any condition. Additionally, the RevMax center supports have a tighter fit into the case grooves and between the center support and case, which reduces flex and strengthens the entire internal assembly. In addition to solving material and rigidity issues, the RevMax support also increases clutch surface area by 50 percent. Their support features five clutches vs. the factory three. The 4C piston is made of 6061 billet aluminum and features a solid face apply area compared to the factory bonded piston with a razor thin apply face. The RevMax support will also retrofit into any 68RFE and work with stock pistons and clutches if you prefer. The support comes with the billet piston, custom pressure plate and clutches and steels. Note: The center support kit does not include billet 2c apply piston, as this is part of the RevMax performance rebuild kits.

RevMax's billet modified high-pressure pumps have been upgraded and modified to be able to produce over 325 psi with proper tuning. However, you would need a RevMax 68RFE valve body to be able to achieve more than 175 psi because of factory restrictions. All 68RFE pumps have been reworked with new valving and springs, and have passed multiple vacuum and pressure tests to ensure proper operation and reliability for many years.
