These clutch packages are designed for high-horsepower vehicles desiring a start performance similar to OE. The pressure plate is race engineered (SS) and SFI-approved with significant load increase over stage 1 and 2 pressure plates (+600-800 lbs.). Expect a pedal effort increase of 20 to 25 percent. The 2.0T EA888.4 found in the MQB EVO / MK8 platform has possibly the most underwhelming engine cover to grace the 2.0T since its inception generations back.
