Turbosmart OPR V2 Oil Pressure Regulators
Turbosmart OPR V2 turbocharger oil pressure regulators provide rock solid oil pressure from a simple, inline return-less regulator that includes a serviceable and replaceable built-in 44-micron stainless steel mesh oil filter, which provides another layer of defense against debris in your engine oil damaging your turbocharger. The OPR V2s achieve target oil pressure through Turbosmart's patent pending flow control strategy, delivering a laminar flow of oil to your turbocharger, no matter the base engine oil pressure or temperature. Suitable for all known engine oils, the OPR V2s will down regulate any oil pressure to ensure the critical balances inside your turbocharger (exhaust drive, back, and charge pressures) are not compromised by over-pressurized engine oil causing consumption of oil and smoking. They eliminate trial and error with restrictors and orifice sizes, or the need to fit and plumb a return line to regulate pressure. Turbosmart Billet Turbo Oil Feed Filters
Turbosmart billet turbo oil feed filters make sure your turbocharger is always fed clean oil. With small oil galleries, it's highly important for the turbo to avoid any debris that may become dislodged from the engine—and a washable 44 micron filter screen element ensures even the smallest particles are kept away from the turbo. These inline filters are suitable for direct fitment onto the outlet of an OPR. They are available in a variety of AN inlet/outlet sizes to accommodate your application.

Turbosmart ProOPR Rising Rate Turbo Oil Pressure Regulators
Turbosmart ProOPR regulators are designed for large turbocharger systems and high boost levels where additional pressure and confidence is required at high boost, high shaft speed, and horsepower levels. These rising rate oil pressure regulators are boost referenced, not unlike your fuel pressure regulator, and allow lower oil pressure at lower boost pressures and increase oil supply pressure to the bearing system at higher boost levels. Turbosmart ProOPRs feature a twin outlet system that also creates a "T" in your turbocharger oil supply line for simplicity of plumbing and connection for up to two turbochargers. And while they have a returnless inline design, they use a boost reference to create a pressure differential, targeting the appropriate bearing pressure at low and zero boost pressure to eliminate your turbocharger digesting oil, while also providing increased oil pressure at higher boost levels to provide increased protection and confidence. Turbosmart OPR T40 Oil Pressure Regulators
Many turbochargers are built around a bearing and oil pressure profile much lower than is seen by modern and high-performance engines. Feeding these turbochargers the appropriate oil pressure has always been challenging. Traditional methods to limit oil pressure have been with a restrictor aimed at reducing pressure, which also reduces flow. Turbosmart OPR T40 are true regulators allowing the target oil pressure of 40 psi to be achieved without compromising oil flow. This takes the guesswork out of the restrictor or feed and drain hose selection and ensures the oil going to the turbocharger never exceeds the manufacturer's tolerances, providing you with a rock-solid oil supply pressure within the manufacture's tolerances. Turbosmart OPR T40 regulators are available in black or blue, as well as a special edition all-black "sleeper" version. Select the one you like best.
