Turbosmart Gen-V Race Port blow-off valves are small, lightweight, high performance components for forced-induction competition level engines. Featuring unique collar designs and internal flow structures, they are 46 to 50 percent lighter and 25 percent smaller than the competition, while flowing 330 cfm, making Turbosmart Gen-V Race Port blow-off valves the highest flowing BOVs of their type on the market. Turbosmart OPR T40 regulators help prevent compressor or turbine stage oil leaking and smoking, as well as taking the guesswork out of oil restrictor sizing for more efficient and effective oil delivery. Turbosmart StraightGate50 vacuum wastegates are zero-offset butterfly-style units that allow enormous flow and almost linear control, and unparalleled boost control throughout the entire operating range. These high-flowing wastegates are simple to use, and packed with performance, flow, and features. The zero-offset butterfly valves are subjected to exhaust drive pressure equally on both halves of the valve, which pivots centrally, resulting in a self-balanced valve against any drive pressure. This means less work is required to act against even the highest drive pressures, and a wider tuning window is possible, no matter how the valve is actuated. The increased flow is achieved through the efficiency of a straight-through valve versus a poppet-style valve where the exhaust gas must be turned 90 degrees by the valve. One of the world leaders in specialty clamps, Murray Corporation, has joined forces with Turbosmart to supply the performance market with these innovative Turbo-Seal series specialty worm drive clamps. Manufactured by Murray for Turbosmart, these Murray hose clamps are designed to compensate for the effects of thermal cycling and/or the compression set of the hose. Turbo-Seal's convoluted spring-action outer band solves this problem. They also feature a unique inner band profile to provide superior sealing pressure via its two raised ribs and chamfered edges to eliminate damage to the hose when tightened.
