S&S Cycle offers oil pump driveshaft woodruff keys for a wide range of Harley-Davidson© street bikes from 1936 through 2000. The semi-circular shaped machine keys fit into a specially cut slot (called a keyway) on a shaft, preventing gears, hubs, or other components from rotating independently on that shaft. They essentially act as a locking mechanism to keep parts aligned and prevent slippage during rotation.
