Certain models include inlet and outlet fittings, along with ports for the oil temperature sensor and oil feed line. Lingenfelter kits are specifically designed to reduce oil pressure drop, compared with other designs on the market, and they retain the factory oil filter location. The gasket and bolts are included in your adapter
