RAM Truck Pulling Custom Order Clutch Kits
RAM truck pulling clutch kits are custom-assembled for your specific application. These units feature a heavy-gauge steel cover with welded spring guides and a steel pressure ring. Flywheels are available in 30 or 40 lb. weights, as well as in billet aluminum. The clutches can be set up with either 5135 or 5191 compound iron discs with 1 to 10 splines. Single disc slipper-style clutches can be used with engines producing up to 800 hp, or where very limited slipping is desired. These clutches utilize the same quality components as the RAM dual disc pulling clutches. These units can be assembled with your choice of sintered iron disc materials and flywheel weights. Dual disc clutches will allow a more controlled slip as the vehicle comes out, without severe wear or every-round maintenance. Dual disc clutches are built to fit different stock depths or deep bellhousings.

Forgeline's one-piece Monoblock Series CF1 Open Lug custom-order wheels are machined entirely from a single 6061-T6 aluminum forging to create a wheel that is extremely stiff, exceptionally strong, and very lightweight—all rolled into one attractive package! The CF1 Open Lug is based upon Forgeline's popular CF1 monoblock wheel, but has significant material machined from the center area for additional weight reduction, improved access to the lugs, and an exaggerated extra-aggressive concave look. The concave 5-spoke design of the CF1 Open Lug looks great and allows plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment. The one-piece monoblock forging and computer-simulated FEA design process yield a wheel that is ruggedly handsome, extremely stiff, and has excellent fatigue strength. Forgeline Drag Racing Series CF1R Custom-Order Beadlock Wheels
After more than 25 years of producing the most highly regarded and technically advanced wheels for professional road racing applications, Forgeline has directed their experience and capability toward the drag racing industry and developed the all-forged CF1R Beadlock wheel. Unlike most traditional drag racing wheels, Forgeline's Drag Racing Series CF1R Beadlock wheel is carved entirely in one-piece from a single forging of 6061-T6 aluminum using an advanced precision machining process. This forged monoblock technology has proven successful, for many years, at the highest levels of road racing, and Forgeline is excited to apply it to their beadlock wheels for straight line racing applications. The CF1R Beadlock wheel is very similar to their track-proven CF1 Open Lug road racing wheel with one big exception: It has been re-engineered to include a special bolt-on outboard beadlock ring that, like the wheel itself, is also precision-machined from forged 6061-T6 aluminum. This forged aluminum ring holds the tire securely in place, to limit unwanted tire slip against the wheel, and to keep the tire from unseating, at very high speeds. The forged beadlock ring is secured to the wheel with a series of 21 standard lightweight titanium bolts. The CF1R's one-piece Monoblock design, with no welding or assembly bolts, is machined to close tolerances to be smooth and vibration-free. They offer exceptional deflection and structural stiffness, as well as generous brake clearance. Forgeline's new one-piece forged Monoblock CF1R Beadlock wheel can be custom made-to-order in 15-inch, 17-inch, 18-inch, and 19-inch diameters in a range of widths and custom offsets and fitments. The Forgeline FX1-BEADLÜK features a dramatic six spoke design with a customizable bolt-on rash guard ring, very strong multi-dimensional precision-machined tapered spokes, and aggressive machined relief pockets that surround the thick outer lip. The Forgeline FX1-BEADLÜK is a fully-forged one-piece monoblock wheel that utilizes manufacturing technology similar to Forgeline's legendary GA1R/GS1R racing wheels. Perhaps the most advanced wheel that Forgeline has ever made, the fully forged one-piece GA1R open lug custom-order racing wheels deliver a trifecta of greatness—strength, stiffness, and lightweight performance—thanks to 6061-T6 aluminum monoblock forgings, I-beamed spokes, and Forgeline engineering. Made from the same forgings and shared design as the normal GA1R, the open lug version has even more material machined from the center area for additional weight reduction and improved access to the lugs, as well as the omission of the center cap.
