The Z Automotive active exhaust delete kits contain two parts. One is the inactive exhaust module, with an automotive-grade microprocessor that communicates with the vehicle to make it think that the valves are installed and functioning properly. The other part is a dummy waterproof connector to keep the second valve's plug from corrosion. These kits are a great alternative to buying expensive replacement active exhaust valves should yours become damaged or when installing aftermarket exhaust systems that do not utilize them.

The locker sensor in Wrangler JL and Gladiator Rubicons have started to become problematic. When they fail, it usually starts out as a blinking locker indicator on the dash, which then ends up in a "service axle locker" message and the lockers will no longer engage. The repair would normally be to replace the sensor or the locker assembly, but they are not available, so the entire axle assembly needs replaced. Developed in a partnership with Americas Most Wanted 4X4, Z Automotive Jeep JL/JT Z-Locker OEM controller harnesses provide a simple fix for faulty OEM axle locker. Each harness will bypass the problematic sensor, allowing the locker to operate without the position sensor and provide the proper feedback to the Jeep's computers to keep the system operational without any errors or warnings. You get fully functioning lockers with no side effects. Installation is simple and they will not harm the Jeep's computers as they use the same signaling that it expects from the sensor. The connectors are the same ones used by Jeep and are watertight.

These simple adapters use watertight connectors, a potted design, and automotive-grade internal components to last in the harsh Jeep undercarriage environment. One end of each adapter plugs into the 4-pin factory harness, providing the required signals to keep the Rubicon locker control logic satisfied. The other end is a 2-pin connector which will output 12 V to engage your E-Locker or Air Locker solenoid. All 2018+ FCA (Stellantis) vehicles are built with a Security Gateway Module (SGW) that prevents access to the vehicle from the OBD2 port by anything other than the dealer diagnostic tools. Simply locate and unplug the SGW module, and plug the SGW Bypass block in its place. The OBD2 port will then have full access for use by aftermarket devices such as Z Automotive's Tazer or BurnBox, tuning tools, and code readers. These modules are required for use in 2018 and up Grand Cherokees and Durangos.

OBD T bypass harnesses from Z Automotive are a simple, easy-to-install solution to adding an OBDII port that bypasses the security gateway on most FCA vehicles. Simply snap out your factory OBDII connector from its bracket, and snap in one of the female OBDII connectors from the bypass harness. This gives you an additional OBDII port right behind the factory port that's not blocked by the security gateway. The port cannot communicate with the radio using this harness, so if you're using a Tazer, Navigation In Motion and TurnCam won't work. The Z Automotive OBD T bypass harnesses are ideal for 2018+ Rams—and will also work on Jeeps, Chargers, Challengers, and many other vehicles.
