Titan Travel Trekker Auxiliary Fuel Systems

Now a new, better concept in auxiliary fuel systems: The TITAN Travel Trekker™ is made of military grade, cross-linked polymer--- tougher than steel and longer lasting than aluminum. Its durability is legendary. These tanks are routinely tested using state-of-the-art computer simulations as well as physical drop tests. Tanks filled completely and then dropped 30 feet onto a steel plate--- never losing a drop of liquid. They are so tough and well-proven that they are backed with a lifetime warranty. There are no welds to fail and if you ever accidentally run your gooseneck hitch into your Travel Trekker™ you will most likely find it springs right back into shape. Also, soap, water and perhaps a little furniture spray polish is all you need to keep your tank looking new. The Travel Trekker™ is baffled to minimize fuel sloshing and compact enough that it can be installed in full-sized pickup beds without interfering with most in-bed hitches and tonneau covers. With one touch, the remarkable TITAN Electronic Controller™ transfers fuel from the Travel Trekker™ to the vehicle's primary fuel tank until it is automatically stopped by the controller or the button is touched again. The controller monitors and reports the fuel level in the auxiliary system at all times. Controller installation is simple and never requires cutting into the vehicle's wiring harness which could affect the manufacturer's warranty. Fuel is pumped from the top of the tank which is safer and more environmentally responsible than gravity flow systems. The system comes complete with all necessary installation components and detailed instructions. Features Include: * Baffled to reduce sloshing * Electronic Controller transfers fuel * Fits under most tonneau covers * Lifetime Warranty * Does not interfere with in-bed hitches * Meets DOT FMCSA Title 49 Requirements * Pumps from top of tank

Titan Spare Tire Auxiliary Fuel Tank Systems

Introducing the game-changer for diesel pickup truck owners: Titan Spare Tire Auxiliary Fuel Tank Systems (STAFS). With an impressive additional 30 gallons of fuel readily available, these revolutionary systems transform your truck into a powerhouse on wheels, effectively doubling the fuel capacity of most diesel trucks. Gone are the days of worrying about fuel shortages on long hauls or remote expeditions. The STAFS ingeniously repurposes the typically underutilized space reserved for your spare tire, turning it into a valuable asset for extended journeys and demanding tasks. Imagine the freedom of having 30 extra gallons of fuel at your fingertips – it's like having your own personal fuel station wherever you go. Whether you're tackling challenging terrain, embarking on cross-country adventures, or hauling heavy loads, the STAFS ensures you never have to compromise on fuel availability again. Crafted from military-grade, cross-linked Polyethylene, the Titan Spare Tire Auxiliary Fuel Tank Systems boasts unrivaled durability and is backed by a lifetime warranty. Titan's electronic controller provides complete fuel control with a single touch. The operator has complete and total flexibility in managing how extra fuel capacity is used. The fuel can be held in reserve or transferred on-the-go as the need arises. The controller's illuminated user interface indicates the tank's fuel level and features a single-touch button that starts the fuel transfer sequence. With one touch, fuel begins transferring from the auxiliary tank to the vehicle's primary fuel tank, the pump will run for approximately 10 minutes, transferring 5 gallons of fuel. If the primary tank fills during that time, the pump will automatically stop pumping fuel. A great feature is that Titan's controller only requires a power wire and a ground. It does not invade the truck's wiring harness or computers. Its underbody location means that it has no impact on the truck bed's hauling space. In many cases where aftermarket custom wheels and tires are installed on a vehicle, they are not the same size as standard which means the original equipment spare cannot be used anyway.
