Titan offers fuel tank lock ring adapter kits specifically for installing their 6th Generation fuel tanks into a 2001-04 GM 2500/3500 with a 6.6L Duramax LB7 engine. They include the necessary lock ring, bottom ring, and O-rings to ensure a proper and secure fit for the sending unit when adapting the hardware to the new Titan tank. The kits are required for seamless installation and are compatible with Titan tank P/Ns 7010201 and 7010201-S.
