Skunk2's industry-leading Pro Series titanium valve spring retainers are designed to significantly reduce valvetrain mass, resulting in more horsepower and improved valvetrain stability. Evolving from the original Skunk2 LCAs, Skunk2 Racing Pro control arms feature upgraded materials and a stronger design, making them must-haves for suspension tuning and maximum handling performance. Each Pro Series LCA is CNC machined from high-quality 6061 billet aluminum for weight savings (25 percent lighter than OEM) and increased strength and rigidity. Skunk2's composite fuel rails are made using a proprietary carbon-impregnated, aerospace thermo-polymer composite material that is 33 percent lighter, 60 percent stronger, and operates up to 100 degrees (F) cooler when compared to aluminum. The composite rails insulate fuel from both radiant and conductive heat transfer underneath the hood better than aluminum, resulting in increased horsepower and torque.
