RevMax has proprietary technology and workflow processes that make their product superior to the competition. They also have the industry's best testing equipment. To start, they vacuum leak test each and every valve body after cleaning. Finally, each valve body is dyno tested on one of their fully computerized valve body dyno machines. The results are compared against a brand new valve body and the data is then stored and available to be viewed by the customer if requested. RevMax 700 Pro Series Input Drums

The RevMax Pro 700 Series input drums have a billet 1045 steel construction, eliminating any chance of the frictions digging into the drum, regardless of line pressure of OD piston diameter changes. The 700 Pro Series input drums are a drop-in design, no machining needed. Extensive testing was done to ensure that the additional rotating mass would not cause bushing issues. Tested to 700 hp, this drum is great for moderately modified trucks and can also be used in stock applications! In addition to RevMax 700 Pro Series input drums, RevMax also offers 850 and 12xR versions, as well as an oversized version that allows it to drop into a Sonnax Smartech drum without using a troublesome adapter ring. RevMax 700S Pro Series Sonnax-Style Billet Inner Drums

Many builders like to use the Sonnax SmarTech drum in some of their 68RFE builds. Over time, builders have also found that the clutch setup provided in the off-the-shelf kit tends to squawk and even worse, dig into the factory inner drum assembly. Some builders have tried to increase clutch count by running clutches upside down—a bad idea leading to premature failure, cooling issues, and an already thin pressure plate that must be machined, leading to warpage. Lastly, the kit requires a ring to be pressed on and staked to convert the factory inner drum to work with the billet outer drum, making the area prone to leakage. RevMax 700S Pro Series Sonnax-style billet inner drum assemblies fix all these complaints and add additional clutch capacity. They require no adapter ring to be installed, as the drum is machined to match the Sonnax drum perfectly. Using this drum allows the builders to run 16 single-side OD clutches in the factory direction (facing up). The RevMax inner drum is coated with a Mil-Spec hard coat anodizing that resists steel impregnation, and the drum can be built using factory full thickness UD/OD pressure plates or RevMax's billet UD/OD pressure plates. RevMax Billet Steel Center Support and 4th Clutch Housings

Upgrade your transmission with RevMax billet steel center support and 4th clutch housings. Due to their medium hardness steel construction, these components will not allow the steel plates to groove into them. They feature thicker 4C snap ring groove that due to solid billet construction will not blow out under any condition. Additionally, the RevMax center supports have a tighter fit into the case grooves and between the center support and case, which reduces flex and strengthens the entire internal assembly. In addition to solving material and rigidity issues, the RevMax support also increases clutch surface area by 50 percent. Their support features five clutches vs. the factory three. The 4C piston is made of 6061 billet aluminum and features a solid face apply area compared to the factory bonded piston with a razor thin apply face. The RevMax support will also retrofit into any 68RFE and work with stock pistons and clutches if you prefer. The support comes with the billet piston, custom pressure plate and clutches and steels. Note: The center support kit does not include billet 2c apply piston, as this is part of the RevMax performance rebuild kits.

RevMax Billet K2 Clutch Hubs

RevMax is proud to announce the first and only AS68RC billet K2 clutch hubs designed to replace the failed clutch hub in 2007-2012 Dodge Ram 6.7L diesel AS68RC (cab and chassis). The factory design is flawed as the material is too soft and the clutch teeth dig onto and eventually destroy the clutch hub. These RevMax hubs have been engineered to improve upon the factory design allowing for users to install up to 2 more frictions since their design employs longer clutch attachment splines.
