The components in each kit have been meticulously selected by RevMax technicians to get you the best parts money can buy. These overhaul kits contain all of the gaskets, O-rings, seals sealing rings and small parts required to completely overhaul your transmission properly. All rebuild kits come complete with a pump bushing, sump filter and spin on filter where applicable. Planetary washer kits, bushing kits, bearing kits and other user option items are not included in the kit but are available for purchase separately. RevMax does this, as some customers do not want these parts and others do. Choose the rebuild kit that is better suited for your application needs.

RevMax has once again pioneered and re-engineered a fix to a problem that others have not been able to with their new patent pending billet, all steel "Pro-Mod" low reverse roller clutch/sprag assemblies. As a pinnacle of years of work, the design of these RevMax assemblies retains nothing from the factory dog bone sprag and utilizes no used or reclaimed parts from any other transmission. All other competitor designs are either butchered plastic 45RFE roller clutches or a factory dog bone design. These RevMax components are a 100 percent steel design—there isn't any plastic on them anywhere—and they are a drop-in replacement and requires no machining! Competitive and affordable products, RevMax ZeroFlex billet transmission oil pump bodies are essential parts on a stock 68RFE rebuild. New pump surfaces seal well, but after hundreds or thousands of heat cycles warpage becomes a huge issue. A ZeroFlex oil pump body is a billet 6061 construction, has a CNC-milled gear and face profile, revised worm tracks to efficiently move oil, and is thicker than an OEM pump. They work with any new, used, or rebuilt pump stator assembly, and work on stock or any brand aftermarket 68RFE transmission. The RevMax Pro 700 Series input drums have a billet 1045 steel construction, eliminating any chance of the frictions digging into the drum, regardless of line pressure of OD piston diameter changes. The 700 Pro Series input drums are a drop-in design, no machining needed. Extensive testing was done to ensure that the additional rotating mass would not cause bushing issues. Tested to 700 hp, this drum is great for moderately modified trucks and can also be used in stock applications! RevMax offers brand new, OEM solenoid pack assemblies. When changing the valve body on your 68RFE it is a good idea to replace the solenoid pack on high mileage transmissions, as these packs can fail due to debris or simply wear out the solenoids. Order the model for your application needs.

RevMax offers billet steel flexplates for a variety of applications, including many Dodge, RAM, Chevrolet, and GMC trucks from the 1990s and up. These replacements are a "must" upgrade for any truck with the power turned up or for any stock truck pulling heavy loads. The factory plates often crack and eventually shear off, causing complete loss of power to the transmission. (Note: When installing the new flexplate, the factory shim plate MUST BE REMOVED. Failure to do so will cause pump damage and subsequent transmission failure.)
