RCV Big Bell CV Axles

RCV Performance offers Big Bell CV axles for a variety of applications, including many Ford and Jeep vehicles from 2005 and up. Here are details on each model:

* Model RCV-S0037:
These Ultimate Big Bell CV axles simply replace your Ford F-250/350's Dana 60 U-joint axle shafts with a high-strength constant velocity design. They are RCV's 2.5 ton Rockwell CVs, but the outer stub is designed to fit directly to the large 32-spline 2005+ Ford Dana 60 Super Duty unit bearing. This eliminates the need for a lock-out or drive flange, increasing strength and reliability. Ultimate CV axles also eliminate U-joint binding to allow smooth transfer power to the ground. Even if you have big tires and big power there are no worries. The CV axles are low maintenance and operate with a smoothness you can feel, whether off-road or on the street. Axle sets include right and left CV axle shafts, SST seals, installation instructions, synthetic moly grease, and installation hardware. Black oxide coating is standard. Fits: 2005+ Ford F250/F350 Super Duty with aftermarket 40-spline locker. Does not fit OEM 35-spline carrier.

These Big Bell CV Axles simply replace the weak Dana 60 U-joint axle shafts with a high-strength constant velocity designed for 2.5 ton Rockwells, the strongest option on the market. CV shafts are just as tough at a straight angle as they are at extreme angles (where U-joints are weakest). Ultimate CV axles also eliminate U-joint binding to allow smooth transfer power to the ground. The axles are low maintenance and operate with a smoothness you can feel, whether off-road or on the street. Fits: Dynatrac PROROCK XD60 72.5 in. wheelmount to wheelmount width for Jeep JK or JL with 40-spline locker and hubs. Axle sets include right and left CV axle shafts, SST seals and installation tool, installation instructions, synthetic moly grease, and installation hardware. Black oxide coating is standard.
