RCV Ultimate 300M rear axles are available for a variety of applications, including many Jeep and Toyota vehicles from 1990 and up. Here are details for each model: * Model RCV-RAP-JL-32: These rear axles replace your stock 32-spline Jeep JL's weak Dana 44 (OE refers to it as the M220) axle shafts with a high-strength 300M design. Tests prove Ultimate CV Axles to be twice as strong as OEM Jeep JL shafts. Even if you have big tires and big power there are no worries. Axle set includes right and left rear axle shafts. Dual bolt pattern threaded flanges support the stock 5x5 in. bolt patterns in addition to 5x5.5 in. for hub upgraded vehicles. Axles come fully dressed with all the necessary bearings, seals, retainers and studs to complete the package. These seals fit inside the axle tube , designed to prevent dirt, debris, and water from entering the axle housing—while keeping the lubricating fluid inside. RCV Performance offers spherical sealing technology CV seals for a variety of applications, including many Dana 60 and Rockwell 2.5 ton axles. These replacements provide much greater resistance to punctures and tears than a rubber CV boot. The CV axle shaft seal is what keeps fluid from leaking out of the transmission or differential housing as the CV axle rotates when the vehicle is in motion. It's located on the CV shaft, which transfers power from the engine to the wheels. Axle seals also help keep the axle shaft aligned with the transmission and minimize wear on the CV shaft joints.

RCV Performance custom Big Bell CV axles are the ultimate solution designed to fit 2005+ Ford F450 and F550 Super Duty applications, as well as big knuckles like the Reid Super Kingpin knuckles for Ford Super-60 unit bearings. RCV Performance disconnect block-off kits are used to permanently disable the vacuum-actuated front axle disconnecting feature in vehicles with Dana 30 differentials, which are commonly found in vehicles like Jeep YJ and XJ. These kits allow for a more permanent and simpler 4x4 setup. The kits are designed to essentially bypass the vacuum system that allows the front axle to disconnect when the vehicle is in 2WD, effectively making the front axle permanently engaged. When replacing a two-piece axle with a one-piece axle set, a block-off kit is required to use a one-piece axle set. A typical block-off kits include seals and a plate to cover the vacuum-actuated disconnect mechanism. Some kits are specific to 27-spline axles, while others are designed for 30-spline axles.

These constant velocity (CV) joints are located on the inner side of the axle, closer to the transmission. RCV Performance offers FAD (Front Axle Disconnect) block-off plates to remove the OEM FAD module from a Jeep JL or JT when using a one-piece axle shaft. This helps to prevent potential damage and allowing for a simpler, stronger axle setup.
