RCV Axle Seals

RCV offers inner axle seals for 35-spline CVJ44-JK-35 kits. These flexible seals prevent gear oil from leaking out of the axle and into the transmission. Manufactured from rubber or silicone, the seals allow the axle to spin freely while sealing the opening. They use a small amount of gear oil to help keep the seal lubricated. Axle seals can wear out over time due to friction; and excessive heat or vehicle inactivity for long periods can cause the seal to dry out or become brittle.
