RCV Performance offers tube seals for a variety of applications, including many vehicles with Dana 30 and 44 axles. These seals fit inside the axle tube , designed to prevent dirt, debris, and water from entering the axle housing—while keeping the lubricating fluid inside. Kits come complete with two re-buildable tube seals, each with three O-ring seals on the outer and two washer seals on the inner. Rebuilding the seals is quick and painless. An easy-access Zerk fitting is located on the sides to inject grease.

RCV Performance offers spherical sealing technology CV seals for a variety of applications, including many Dana 60 and Rockwell 2.5 ton axles. These replacements provide much greater resistance to punctures and tears than a rubber CV boot. The CV axle shaft seal is what keeps fluid from leaking out of the transmission or differential housing as the CV axle rotates when the vehicle is in motion. It's located on the CV shaft, which transfers power from the engine to the wheels. Axle seals also help keep the axle shaft aligned with the transmission and minimize wear on the CV shaft joints.

RCV offers inner axle seals for 35-spline CVJ44-JK-35 kits. These flexible seals prevent gear oil from leaking out of the axle and into the transmission. Manufactured from rubber or silicone, the seals allow the axle to spin freely while sealing the opening. They use a small amount of gear oil to help keep the seal lubricated. Axle seals can wear out over time due to friction; and excessive heat or vehicle inactivity for long periods can cause the seal to dry out or become brittle.
