If you've installed Lingenfelter overdrive harmonic balancers to increase boost by raising the rpm of your supercharger, air intake elbow upgrade kits may need to be used in conjunction. During dyno testing Lingenfelter has identified issues with OEM air intake ducts sucking shut with the higher air flow created by an overdrive harmonic balancer kit. These air intake elbow kits will prevent this problem by replacing the stock soft rubber air duct. These kits come complete with 4 in. hump hose, 4 in. rubber connector, clamps, fittings, and all required parts.

Lingenfelter Performance Engineering oil air vapor separators trap and remove oil. These OEM-style vapor separators contain a replaceable filter element. They also feature a return line that can be plumbed to return oil to the engine via a scavenge pump or dipstick tube. Lingenfelter Performance Engineering coil conversion modules will help eliminate some of the issues related to the OptiSpark distributor. These LT1 coil per cylinder converters with adjustable retard and intelligent rev limiter will still use the optical module in the OptiSpark, but no high-voltage is passed through it. Inside the LTCC package, you will find the LTCC module and the harness. The harness has 8 leads, each with a weatherpack connector and a ground wire, a pigtail connector, and four non-harnessed wires. Note: This will require some fabrication on mounting the stock LS1 coil brackets to the valve covers, as well as getting the plug wires from the coils to the plugs. You can fabricate your own mounting brackets, but you need to custom fit the plug wires for your application.

For supercharged Camaro SS or ZL1 applications over 525 hp or for naturally aspirated applications over 600 hp, Lingenfelter recommends voltage boosting the factory pump. Lingenfelter Performance Engineering fuel pump voltage booster kits offer variable voltage settings and can go up to 17 V which is the maximum LPE recommends for the stock pump and factory fuel pump controller. Depending on your engine efficiency or brake specific fuel consumption (BSFC) the voltage boosted factory pump can support between 650 hp in supercharged or turbocharged applications and up to 750 hp in naturally aspirated applications. For higher power applications LPE recommends their dual fuel pump system.
