Lingenfelter Performance Engineering High-Capacity Intercooler Heat Exchangers

Lingenfelter high-capacity intercooler heat exchangers enable your modern muscle with high horsepower and low temperatures. They feature a high-capacity aluminum intercooler radiator or heat exchanger with twin fans. These kits include their TBRC-001 (Temperature-Based Relay Controller) that independently activates the relays for the twin fans and intercooler pumps. If you're a racer, you'll appreciate that the harness includes provisions for an optional manual relay override controller with time delay, so that you can circulate intercooler coolant and run the fans after shutdown to help reduce supercharger temperatures between runs. Lingenfelter high-capacity intercooler heat exchangers provide the right equation to make your impressive ride even more so: improved airflow plus reduced fluid temperatures equals improved engine cooling and increased horsepower. Lingenfelter Performance Engineering 102mm LS9 Supercharger Front Cover Assemblies

Lingenfelter C6 ZR1 LS9 supercharger snout or supercharger front cover assemblies provide reduced pressure drop and increased horsepower on stock and higher pulley ratio applications. The front supercharger cover casting was designed to provide a more direct path for the airflow from the throttle body to the supercharger. This reduced inlet restriction leads to increased boost and reduced supercharger work. Results include reduced supercharger parasitic losses and reduced supercharger outlet temperatures. Additional details: * Lingenfelter has seen chassis dyno tests results of 30 hp rear wheel gain over the stock snout on a ZR1 in testing with their upper pulley kit already installed * The cover casting is based on the inlet design first used on the Lingenfelter modified 2009 ZR1 that has run 9.813 seconds at 145.74 mph in the quarter mile * Drag strip, chassis dynamometer and engine dynamometer proven design * Cast from 356T6 aluminum, 100 percent leak-checked using OEM decay-type leak checking process * Casting is also designed to allow for the use of larger throttle bodies up to 102mm with no machining required * For increased durability under higher supercharger loads, the cover features a stainless steel 10-bolt hub that allows pulleys to be quickly changed on the car * This kit also includes the Lingenfelter L960130709 isolator coupling
