DIYAutoTune Electronic Boost Control Solenoid Kits

DIYAutoTune electronic boost control solenoid kits can be used with the MS3-Pro/MSPNP as well as any DIY MegaSquirt EMS (with the appropriate mods), or with other electronic boost controllers to control boost by adjusting the pressure to a turbo wastegate. The MS3Pro, MS3X, MSPNP, and DIYPNP can drive these solenoids directly. The boost control solenoids operate on a frequency of 19.5 to 40 Hz and is practically a wire-in replacement for the now-discontinued GM EBC solenoid. They usually need a slightly lower duty cycle than the GM valve; if you're replacing a GM valve, DIYAutoTune recommends cutting back your duty cycles by 30 percent and then carefully testing and adjusting as needed. The kits include 1/8 in. barb fittings and mounting hardware.

It is highly recommend that the adapter be used if you're tuning a PC/laptop that doesn't have a DB9 Serial connector. Or, you can use another adapter with a genuine FTDI chipset (which this uses). DIYAutoTune CLT/IAT Sensors with Pigtail

DIYAutoTune CLT/IAT sensors with pigtail are suitable for use as a coolant temperature sensor on all vehicles. They can also be used as an oil temperature sensor, and as an intake air temperature sensor on naturally aspirated vehicles if there are no severe vibration issues. DIYAutoTune CLT/IAT sensors are the proper GM-style sensors for use with the MegaSquirt line of ECUs and each one includes a 6 in. wire pigtail with weatherproof connector.

DIYAutoTune Pigtails

DIYAutoTune pigtails feature extra-length that makes them easy to bundle up into a single ignition control harness, without needing splices near the coil. The power and primary ground wires are 18-gauge to better handle the coil's power requirements; all other wires are 20-gauge, and genuine Delphi Packard connectors are used. They fit a number of other GM sensors and modules, including most recent 5-pin MAFs and some distributor-less ignition control units. Check the connector shape before ordering if buying these for an alternate application.

DIYAutoTune O2 Sensor Flanges

DIYAutoTune O2 sensor flanges allow you to swap in a wideband oxygen sensor without welding in an extra bung, and they match the factory bolt holes and outline exactly. These 2-bolt flanges have the bolt holes 44mm apart (center-to-center). If your factory O2 sensor mounts with two bolts instead of threading into the pipe, here is what you need to install a wideband.
