All-Pro Expedition 2.0 rear leaf springs are developed as an all-around off-road suspension option with long-term expedition capabilities. Expedition-oriented products are a growing segment of the Toyota aftermarket. From rock crawlers to pre-runners, All-Pro Off-Road has always been at the forefront of development for Toyotas. So, the expedition products are a natural addition to its product line. A higher leaf count spring allows the use of thinner leaf material that yields a more flexible and progressive leaf stack, or pyramid, producing a much smoother spring rate curve throughout the complete suspension cycle. Expedition leaf springs are designed to carry up to 1,000 lbs. consistently. All-Pro Off-Road Long-Travel Leaf Springs
Looking for super trail flex combined with a stable street ride ... and a great price to boot? Then All-Pro Off-Road has your springs—featuring all the benefits of a custom spring with the advantages of mass production (lower cost and quicker delivery). All-Pro front long travel leaf springs are made to strict specifications, ideal for rock crawling, soft enough to allow flex on the trail, yet stiff enough to drive on the freeway safely. Factory springs and other aftermarket springs are made with different packs, left and right, to accommodate the mismatched factory perches. Using two different springs works as long as the springs are designed for the exact weight of the truck. However, if the weight of the truck differs from the ideal weight for the springs, the truck will lean to one side or the other because these springs have different spring rates. Designed for 1979-95 Toyota pickups and 4Runners in the 3,000 to 4,500 lb. range, all of the All-Pro front springs are identical, left and right. Included with each set is a small pad to be welded to the driver side spring perch, making both perches the same height. Identical left and right springs won't cause your truck to lean the way other aftermarket springs can. Order the pair recommended for your application.

Save time and money with a full All-Pro Off-Road suspension kit. These kits (without shocks) are intended for those who plan on using adjustable coilovers and need to complement them with a rear spring lift and adjustable control arms. Choose between Standard and Expedition leaf springs; optional bump stops are available. Each kit comes with a pair of All-Pro tubular chromoly upper control arms, extended brakes lines, and a U-bolt flip kit. Order the model recommended for your vehicle application. Product details: All-Pro upper control arms: * Tubular chromoly upper A-arms * Arms use 1.25 in. uniballs * New flush-mount hardware and spacers * Uniball spacers are CNC-machined from heat-treated stainless steel * Polyurethane bushings with thick inner sleeves * Includes Grade 8 and high-strength 12 pt. hardware * Gray powdercoat finish * Maximum wheel backspacing: 4.50 in.
