AEV Conversions Bison Fender Flares
AEV Conversions Bison fender flares add an aggressive appearance to your truck's body. Recommended to be used in conjunction with AEV's Bison front bumper, they are the same width as the factory flares but sit much higher on the body. They feature injection molded ABS plastic construction with an OE acid-grained texture. Drilling is required and AEV includes an installation template to do the job properly.

AEV Conversions High-Capacity Coil Springs
AEV Conversions offers high-capacity coil springs in 3 in. and 4.5 in. packages for a variety of Jeep applications. They're a direct-fit upgrade for customers with an AEV DualSport suspension system. Designed with the overlander in mind, these frequency-tuned, progressive rate coil springs provide the increased load carrying capacity necessary for heavily loaded vehicles, while still offering exceptional ride quality, handling and off-road articulation. These coil springs are only available as a matching set of front and rear springs in order to preserve optimal vehicle handling dynamics. The relative rate/frequency of the front coil springs vs. the rear springs is a crucial part of safe vehicle handling. Because of this, AEV increases the rate/frequency of the front springs in order to maintain an appropriate relationship with the rear springs, across the entire range of rear-biased loading. What do you want to protect? The underside of your truck or Jeep can take a beating, especially off-road. Vital components like, engine, fuel tank, transfer case, rear differential, and intercooler could get damaged. AEV Conversions skid plates have your vehicle covered underneath with their variety of heavy-duty plates. They feature HSBS—Hot Stamped Boron Steel—construction, an ultra-high strength, press-hardened steel used in automotive applications for passenger impact protection because it is lightweight with an extremely high-yield strength (approximately 200,000 ksi vs. mild steel at 25,000 ksi). Depending on the vehicle application, some AEV skid plates will be made of steel tubing or 1 in. DOM tubular steel construction and finished with an OEM 2-stage, corrosion-resistant coating.

AEV fuel caddies are made of tough cross-link polyethylene, the same materials as many OE factory fuel tanks. The ingenious design of AEV's fuel caddies seamlessly integrates with their tire carrier and takes full advantage of the unused space both inside the wheel of the spare tire and just behind it. The result is 10.2-gallons of secure and nearly invisible fuel storage. The high mounting position isolates the fuel caddies from trail impacts, which makes them ideally suited for gravity fed deployment into the main tank. In addition, a fully vented, OE-quality cap means radical changes in elevation are no problem—and fuel fill-ups are fast!
