Providing the ultimate level of functionality, style, and protection for your vehicle, EX front bumpers are manufactured out of Hot Stamped Boron Steel (HSBS), an ultra-high strength, press hardened steel commonly used in automotive applications for passenger impact protection because it is lightweight with an extremely high-yield strength. The bumpers are finished with an OE-grade E-coat and powdercoated for maximum corrosion and UV resistance. The stamped, full-width, aerodynamic design of AEV's EX front bumpers offer maximum protection for vital front suspension components, while directing air up and over fender flares instead of trapping the air inside the flare, which increases drag and reduces fuel economy. Plus, they sit higher and offer a better approach angle than the factory winch bumper. Built for ease of use, the carefully though out profile of AEV Conversions EX front bumpers feature a rotomolded hoop assembly, Hi-Lift jack guides, and heavy-duty, chassis-mounted recovery points sized for 3/4 in. anchor shackles. They are compatible with OEM fog lights and off-road lights, Warn Zeon winches, front trail cameras, and other accessories.

The RX models offer a more aggressive appearance and pairs well with aftermarket fender flares or replacement fenders. AEV RX front bumpers are manufactured out of Hot Stamped Boron Steel (HSBS), an ultra-high strength, press hardened steel commonly used in automotive applications for passenger impact protection because it is lightweight with an extremely high-yield strength. They are E-coated and powdercoated for maximum corrosion and UV resistance. Built for ease of use, the RX front bumpers are up for any recovery task that may present itself, with two Hi-Lift jack guides and a pair of heavy-duty, chassis-mounted recovery points sized for 3/4 in. anchor shackles.
