KBS Large Cycle Tank Sealer Kits

KBS Large Cycle Tank Sealer kits give you everything you need to prepare and seal a large cycle tank of up to 12 gallons. This complete 3-step system includes KBS AquaKlean, KBS RustBlast, and KBS Gold Standard Tank Sealer. Apply the KBS Strip to remove old or failed coatings. Next, use heavy-duty, water-based KBS AquaKlean to thoroughly clean and degrease your tank. Then use the KBS RustBlast to remove rust and etch the interior metal to provide a proper surface for adhesion. Formulated with Oxygen-Block Technology, these prep products reduce the occurrence of flash rust by over 80 percent and extend rust-free storage times by leaving a temporary protective coating in addition to a zinc phosphate film. The final step is the KBS Gold Standard Tank Sealer. This sealer is a ready to use coating that cures into a tough, fuel impervious seal that prevents rust and corrosion, and seals weld seams and pinholes permanently. Although KBS Gold Standard Tank sealer cures to a rock hard finish, it remains flexible enough to withstand vibration, expansion and contraction. It penetrates and galvanizes itself to the tank walls forming a moisture proof barrier. Keep your large cycle fuel tank leak and rust free with KBS Large Cycle Tank Sealer kits!
