To start it is a Borla so you know it is quality and was designed to work. This system was installed on a 2019 Ford F150 XL 4x4 3.3 liter engine, the install was easy as Borla designs their systems to us existing attachment points from the factory. This is not a hard install on this truck. The sound is amazing, while driving down the road you can just hear the exhaust, it is not intrusive at all with no drone. When you accelerate normally from a stop you get a nice tone from the exhaust and when you step on it the Borla ATAK really opens up and produces a very nice pleasing loud sound. The 3.3 liter V-6 has a nice tone to it from normal driving to accelerating to wide open throttle. You also save weight as the factory exhaust system is heavy. I highly recommend Borla exhaust systems, I have them on all three of my vehicles from my 2021 Mustang with active exhaust, my 2023 Toyota Tacoma 2.7 engine and now my 2019 Ford F150 XL with the 3.3 liter V-6. In life you get what you pay for, with Borla you pay for quality that has actually been though their R&D department to make sure it works. Summit was quick shipping as I used overnight shipping and they got it out that same day it was ordered and I received it the next day as they had this system in stock in their Texas warehouse location.

Love this exhaust , the sound is Awsome no drone , highway driving you can’t hear it unless you get on it so glad I choose this one ,,, shipping was so fast from summit as well .

The first one I ordered the valve was stuck shut, so I submitted a exchange and called to make sure and they sent a new one pretty fast. Since it has a valve actuator that needs to be swapped over the actuator isn’t straightforward. They don’t tell you to make sure it’s in the right position electronically before you match up the valve to the actuator that it changes position when you turn the car off. At least that’s my understanding it’s still in the shop.

Mid and high rpms, the truck feels stronger. Paired with the s&b intake, my fuel mileage has increased a bit at higher speeds, and better at lower speeds.

Only complaint is you need to have the resonator springs included. It took twice the time to get the springs removed from the factory exhaust system than it took me to remove and install the new exhaust. The exhaust sounds great and make the Raptor get up and go.
