Purchased Borla Atak cat back exhaust system for my 2020 Silverado with 6.2. Sounds great & the quality is very nice but Borla customer service is terrible. Have a drone at cruising speed, called Borla customer service, automated service then you pick a department and guy tells me muffler assembled wrong & transfers my call. Hung up on first time, next time warranty dude not in leave a message, call never returned. Poor customer service

Sounds great on my 2017 charger rt. I would give the exhaust note a 5 star on full throttle and at cruising speed. But I give the total exhaust a 3 star do to where the factory pipes into the x pipe. The exhaust clamps that where provided where on the big side and when tighten I could move the clamps by hand. I had to reuse the factory clamps by carefully drill the spot welds on the stock exhaust. Little disappointed on that but a great sounding exhaust

Great system. Took 2 hours to install and all fit well. Switch fire piping is interesting. New system sounds great and reduces the "drone". Problem I have is the cheap looking exhaust 4" tips provided. junk They look cheap compared to double wall SS tips which are common. After spending $2700+ dollars on a system I am having to spend more to buy nice tips and then cut the existing off and weld the new ones on which includes gas backing of the SS welds etc. More money. My stock 2013 ZL1 has better looking tips. Really Sad borla builds such a very nice system and then compromises its appearance by using cheap components. Especially since the tips are the items seen.

Giving 3 stars as fit/finish was fantastic. Nicely engineered in many ways, save for the tone; annoyingly high-pitched, and garnered many comments as to the unexpected sound. I removed the system and replaced with stock within 2.5 weeks. Save your money.

The system sounds amazing and is great but one of the pipes had a terrible bend on the muffler where the pipes connect and we had to rebend it in order to use it there was also a slight dent in the right muffler. It didn’t effect performance or sound but still. Other than that everything else was great, thanks for the free hat too!!

The system sounds great, but I am not pleased will the exhaust tips not lining up. One side has a space between tips and the other side tips are touching. Poor quality control.

The good: This is a high quality product. The fit/ finish was perfect. It was easy to install, and looks great. What I don't care for: The sound under full throttle is horrible. It sounds like it has no muffler at all. It reminds me of the high school kid who just cut off the muffler on their Accord or Civic. It drones inside and overall, I wish I would have gone with a lower noise model or just kept stock. It is a well put together product, but if I had to do it all over again, I would have just kept the truck stock and spent the $$ on a different upgrade.

Same as the guy below. Everything went in easy and right after about 25 miles shut it off engine light. Did the actuators correctly. What’s up any ideas?

Let me start by saying that it was worth the hassle. the sound is everything they promised. The install, however, was a nightmare. First, you need to reuse the factory clamps that attach the cats to the stock H-pipe. Good luck if you live anywhere where it rains. The bolt for the clamps were rusted solid. The clamps are stainless. The bolts are not. Ford also installs them facing up so good luck getting to them as well. This all resulted in the clamp bolts needing to be cut off. Do yourself a favor and order the clamps when you order the exhaust. For what this system costs. New clamps should be included in the kit. After removing the stock exhaust. I find that the new X-pipe is way too wide and will not fit the cats. When I say way too wide. I mean at least an inch. Had to use a ratchet strap to pull the X-pipe in narrower just to get it on. As a result it wouldn't slide all the way up. It went up enough to where it would work. The long tubes both had to be cut because the X-pipe didn't fit. Paying this kind of money and having these kind of issues is unacceptable. Borla is top of the line when it comes to exhausts. Did not expect to have the problems I did paying $1500 for a system designed to fit my car.

Fitment could of been better the exit did not match up with the factory exhaust pipes. Mechanic could not align propery due to the off set.
