Designed specifically to meet the demands required by today's high performance drag race and handling/pro-touring cars, QA1's multi-patent-pending MOD Series shocks will transform the way racers respond to changing track conditions and configurations. The key element to this tunability is QuickTune Technology: dry modular valve packs that can easily be swapped out, all while the shocks remain on the car. An industry first, MOD Series shocks can easily be re-valved without interrupting the oil path or opening up the shock for debris and air contamination. Medium compression and rebound valve packs come standard; soft or firm compression and rebound valve packs are also available. Once the desired valving is in place, the unique double-adjustable design (with adjustable low-speed bleed) allows for fully independent control over the compression and rebound characteristics. With all these adjustability options, MOD Series shocks achieve an expansive force curve capability and an unprecedented level of tunability. The shocks also feature mounting adjustability to accommodate a variety of vehicles and mounting configurations. The nitrogen-charged canister is available in a piggyback or remote configuration for ease of installation in tight areas, and the base eyelet is indexable, so you can unbolt and reattach it at the angle you need for the best shock and canister placement. After dropping a different engine into your project vehicle, help it produce more horsepower and fuel economy with these specialty and engine swap headers from Hedman. They feature durable 18-gauge steel construction and have thick 1/4 in. flanges for a long-lasting, leak-proof seal. Unless otherwise noted, these headers are designed to fit the vehicle as it came from the manufacturer. This includes components like cylinder heads, chassis, steering, motor mounts, body mounts and bushings, etc. If your vehicle is using aftermarket components, parts from other applications, or custom altered parts, then it is the installer's responsibility to verify fitment. Special warning regarding Hedman painted headers only. The paint on these headers is not designed as a final finish; it is designed to protect the headers after the manufacturing process and during shipping. This paint will not withstand the high heat associated with engine break-in, nor will it withstand the heat cycles associated with any type of driving. It is recommended that this protective coating be stripped, and a high heat paint or coating designed for use on headers be applied.
