They offer maximum torque in the low- to mid-range for heavy vehicles and towing. Stage 2 cams deliver an increase of over 75 lbs.-ft. of torque at 3,000 rpm! They require a phaser limiter (P/N 5473). Testing with the phaser limiter kit resulted in gains of more than 75 hp over stock. One look at the torque curve produced by this camshaft will have your tires crying for mercy. * Stage 3 model: Godzilla Stage 3 camshafts are made for crate engines and engine swaps into lighter vehicles and those seeking maximum horsepower while still utilizing the phaser with a limiter kit. These cams bring the exhaust note that is worthy of the Godzilla name. They will produce well over 600 hp on pump gas! Awesome power can be expected, from 5,000 to 6,700 rpm with the valve spring kit (P/N 7230GCS-KIT) and a phaser limiter (P/N 5473). Testing with the phaser limiter kit resulted in gains of nearly 100 hp and 25 lbs.-ft. over stock. This much horsepower will make even Godzilla fly.
