Stillen Trupower Air Intake Scoops
Stillen offers a wide range of performance parts, including the Trupower air intake scoops for a variety of vehicle makes and models. The factory air intake system on various Chevrolet Silverado/GMC Sierra vehicles is a very unique and creative design. There is no natural path for the air to flow through. The air must travel up the face of the radiator in order to make its way into the air intake opening. Keep in mind the radiators operational temperature is 180-220 degrees—significantly higher than ambient. To solve the issues with this otherwise, fantastic design the team at Stillen created a proper scoop—the Trupower, which lowers the base of the radiator shroud to be in line with the top bar of the vehicle's grille. Aeromotive VaporWorx KPM1500 Ally Returnless Pulse Width Modulation System Kits
Aeromotive VaporWorx Ally KPM1500 returnless PWM (pulse width modulation) system kits include a KPM1500 fuel pump modified with a high-pressure regulator, returnless Ally PWM control system, and other modifications to make them work properly for FSCM-equipped vehicles and aftermarket ECM/FSCM (fuel system control module) systems. The KPM1500 features twin Bosch PWM compatible OEM pumps, fully re-engineered pump support system, robust venturi pump systems, integral safety overpressure valves, and a built-in anti-reversion/check valve, making each fuel pump very much like an OEM part. The outlet nipple has been strengthened to reduce the chances of breakage, and their operation is smooth, quiet, and easy to control. The weakness of the OEM FSCM is power capability. They can drive one high-power pump, but not two. That's where the VaporWorx Ally PWM (pulse width modulation) kit comes in. It contains everything needed to drive the second KPM1500 electrically while the OEM fuel system control module handles the primary, keeping the power separated, but control of both pumps is handled by the FSCM, and all feedback, diagnostics, fuel pressure, etc. remains functional. These kits are intended to be used as an Ally, or piggyback, system to help the OEM FSCM. No additional relays, Hobb's switches, etc. are needed.
