Ford Performance Parts 5.0L Coyote Gen 4X Crate Engines
Ford Performance Parts 5.0L Coyote Gen 4X crate engines are modern 5.0L 32-valve DOHC V8s that utilize advanced features, such as direct and port fuel injection, twin independent variable camshaft timing (Ti-VCT), high-flow aluminum cylinder heads, and 12:1 compression to deliver 460 hp and 420 lb.-ft. of torque (with premium fuel). The all-aluminum cylinder block features plasma transferred arc spray-in liners, cross-bolted main bearing caps, and thick main bearing bulkheads for strength. Ford's Gen 4X 5.0L Coyote features a single 80mm throttle body for easier packaging in various applications. The Ford Performance Parts engine team has unleased the 7.3L Megazilla crate engine! The Megazilla features the Ford Performance 7.3L intake manifold, CNC-ported cylinder heads, forged pistons and connecting rods. The Megazilla crate engine cranks out 612 hp and 670 lbs.-ft. of torque in a streetable package running on premium pump gas.
