Manley Pro Series I-Beam Connecting Rods
Manley Pro Series I-beam connecting rods are forged from 4340 aircraft-quality vacuum degassed material. They're fully machined to produce the strongest rods possible. These rods are shot-peened to Mil specs and are 100 percent individually magnafluxed. They feature 7/16 in. ARP cap screws with 12-point heads and your choice of material grade to maximize your needed tensile strength! Manley Pro Series I-beam connecting rods are available in various sizes for a wide range of vehicles and horsepower ranges from 850 to 1,600 hp. Eagle H-Beam Connecting Rods
Free your engine's horsepower on the wings of Eagle H-beam connecting rods. Their 2-piece, forged, vacuum-degassed, 4340-certified steel construction provides outstanding strength, while still weighing much less than stock rods. Each rod is multi-stage heat-treated, X-rayed, sonic-tested, magnafluxed, 100 percent machined, and then shot-peened to stress-relieve the metal. The rods have precision cap alignment sleeves to positively locate each rod cap, silicon bronze bushings for floating pin models—and are available in stroker models that allow additional cam-to-rod clearance for large stroke combinations. They come standard with 190,000 psi rated ARP 8740 and 230,000 psi rated ARP 2000 rod bolts, or 265,000 psi rated ARP L-19 bolts as upgrades. Instructions and rod bolt lubrication are included. Manley steel H-beam connecting rods are made from forged 4340 steel alloy. They're packed full of performance features, such as a compact uniform-grain structure for ultimate strength, full machining, stress relieving, and magnafluxing. The wrist pin and big end bores are honed to a +/-.0002 in. tolerance, and the wrist pins get a bronze alloy bushing. These units include cap screw ARP 8740 alloy rod bolts, and each rod set is weight-matched to within 2 grams.
